Simran is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Occupational Ergonomics from Simon Fraser University.
Originally from Delta, BC, Simran has always had a passion for health and fitness. She grew up playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and continues to enjoy staying active through sports and regular exercise. Before pursuing her master’s degree, she worked as a Kinesiologist, where she gained valuable experience working with athletes and individuals recovering from workplace injuries.
Simran is committed to providing high-quality care in a home health setting, focusing on helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. She treats orthopaedic and functional conditions using evidence-based approaches, including tailored exercise programs, patient education, and manual therapy. Simran finds great joy in motivating her patients and empowering them to achieve their health and rehabilitation goals in the comfort of their homes.
